Once you have submitted a return request through your customer account within *30 days of delivery, our team will be in touch shortly to advise the next steps for your return.
Please ensure you provide your original order number or alternative proof of purchase to proceed with a refund request without delay.
If your order is shipped back to us for refund, please allow 10-14 business days from when your return is delivered to us for your request to be processed. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a refund notification email letting you know, and should see the funds reflected in your account in the coming days.
*This 30 day return or refund policy is applicable to all Chupi pieces, with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalised or custom engraved jewellery.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.
All payments will be refunded to the payment method originally used for purchase. We cannot facilitate refund to an alternative card. We cannot facilitate a cash refund for a purchase originally made using card, or vice versa.

Gift returns:
If you received your Chupi piece as a gift and don’t have a receipt or original order number, please provide the name of the person that gifted you the piece, we can then check that it falls within our 30 day policy. Once the order is within 30 days*, we would be delighted to exchange your piece for something else from our collection.

Chupi Client Services Form
When proceeding with a service and posting your piece to us, it is essential that you complete and enclose the Client Services Form you received upon delivery of your Chupi piece. If you no longer have your Client Services Form to hand, please reach out to [email protected] and we can provide you with a new one.
The inclusion of this form will ensure we have all of your details, and the details of your requested service, to ensure your request can be processed without delay.
