Can I add a personalised note to my order?

Yes of course, you can add a note to your order in your Shopping Bag, prior to proceeding to checkout. If you have forgotten to add a note to your order, please reach out to care@chupi.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to add a note at this time.

Our cards are so petite so we have a limit of 150 characters for your message.
