Can I return my piece purchased online to the store?

Any piece purchased online can be exchanged in our store provided that it is accompanied by a valid  online receipt.

Unfortunately our store cannot refund online orders, these would have to be sent back to us in our studio for the refund to be processed. The team in store would be happy to send any return for refund back to us in studio, this can take some time to happen.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed from the day we receive your return.
