We love what we make and we want you to love your Chupi piece every bit as much.
We offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase, once your piece is unworn and in perfect condition.
All you have to do is send your piece back to us, once it arrives and has been processed we will let you know.
If you received your Chupi piece as a gift and don’t have a receipt we are very happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection if you can provide the name of the person that gifted you the piece, we can then check that it falls within our 30 day policy.
