Can I change the address my packages are delivered to after I have placed my order?

If your piece has not been shipped yet, please email care@chupi.com with “ORDER ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line and we will do our best to redirect your piece to your new preferred address.

If your order has shipped or has entered our dispatch process we may not be able to update your address so please get in touch as soon as possible.
