Have you received my returned piece?

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of it being received in our studio.

As soon as your return has been opened up by our Team we will email you to confirm. Unfortunately, we cannot be certain if a piece has arrived in until it has been opened by our Team and we email you to confirm.

We would always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely with us. If you keep a hold of the tracking number you can also check when it has arrived back in store.
