Can I return my piece?

We want you to find the perfect piece so we have an amazing 100 days exchange policy to give you plenty of time to try on your piece in the comfort of your own home If it’s not perfect, you can send it back to us or return it to our flagship store in the Powerscourt Townhouse, unworn and with your original receipt and we can help you select another Chupi heirloom you will cherish forever. 

This 100 days return or refund policy is applicable to all our Chupi pieces with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalised or custom engraved jewellery. 

Please get in touch with our care team directly to facilitate the return of your piece.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. We kindly ask that you contact your local postal service to arrange a return delivery. For peace of mind we would suggest using registered post and insuring your piece to ensure your return reaches us safely. We would also recommend keeping your tracking number until your piece has been safely received by our team
