We want your piece to arrive safely with you so all packages will need to be signed for on delivery.
Our tracked shipping requires a signature upon delivery, if there is no one to sign for your parcel it will be returned to your local post office. If you use the tracking details sent to you when you ordered you can contact your local post office with these details and you will be able to collect your parcel.
If you aren’t at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery.
