The Chupi assessment & repair processUpdated 7 months ago

In the unlikely event that your Chupi piece experiences any issues we offer a repairs service for our pieces in our Dublin studio.

All repairs must first go through an assessment with our Studio Team. An assessment costs €50, and this fee can be put towards the cost of repair following assessment.

Once your assessment is complete a member of the Team will be in touch with an update on the next steps. Our current repair lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Please email [email protected] to request an assessment for repair, and our team will be in touch shortly to advise the next steps for your repair service. 

Please ensure you provide your original order number or alternative proof of purchase to proceed with a service request without delay. 

Chupi Client Services Form

When proceeding with a service and posting your piece to us, it is essential that you complete and enclose the Client Services Form you received upon delivery of your Chupi piece. If you no longer have your Client Services Form to hand, please reach out to [email protected] and we can provide you with a new one. The inclusion of this form will ensure we have all of your details, and the details of your requested service, to ensure your request can be processed without delay.
