Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of return postage.

  • If you do need to return your piece due to a change of mind or if you need a resize on your Solid Gold ring we would be more than happy to facilitate this for you. We ask that you organise your own postage, whatever works best for you. Once your piece has arrived into our Studio and been opened we will send you an email to let you know. Please make sure to fill in one of our return forms before sending your piece as this information will be needed to manage your request.
