Products purchased over the course of The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer will be made to order. Every effort will be made to ship your order as soon as possible unless additional bespoke requests preclude the same. In the event that we are unable to supply your chosen engagement or wedding ring, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full.
Returns will be honoured within 100 days of order receipt, however we cannot offer returns on Chupi Gift Coins
Should you wish to exchange or return your order, the Complimentary Gift Coin issued as part of The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer must also be returned in full. We reserve the right to redeem the full value of any Complimentary Gift Coin attributed to a The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer order that is returned for either refund or exchange. Should the Complimentary Gift Coin not be returned along with the original attributing order, this value will be redeemed against the value of any refund or exchange issued.
We cannot offer returns on bespoke jewellery ordered during The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer
Complimentary Gift Coins issued as part of The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer are considered a discount offer applicable only to future Chupi jewellery purchases and are therefore neither refundable nor redeemable for any equivalent cash value.
Complimentary Gift Coins issued as part of The Chupi Engagement & Wedding Offer have no expiration date.
