Any piece purchased online can be exchanged in our store Atrium provided that it is accompanied by a valid printout of the online receipt. Unfortunately our store cannot refund online orders, these would have to be sent back to us in our studio for the refund to be processed. The team in store would be happy to send any return for refund back to us in studio, this can take some time to happen.
Refunds can take up to 15 working days to be processed from the day we receive your return.
We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience this delay may cause and we do try get every refund issued in an efficient and timely manner.
