Can I cancel my online order?Updated 10 months ago

If you have not received a Chupi shipping notification email yet, we should still be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please reach out to [email protected] as possible.

If you have already received tracking information, this means your order has been dispatched and we unfortunately cannot cancel it at this stage. In this case, we would be more than happy to facilitate a return for exchange or refund once the order is delivered.
