Can I make changes after my order is placed?Updated 4 months ago

If you have not received a Chupi shipping notification email yet, we should still be able to amend your shipping details prior to dispatch. Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible. 


If you have already received tracking information, this means your order has been dispatched and we unfortunately cannot change your details on your behalf at this stage. You will receive further updates directly from DHL regarding your shipment and delivery. 


Please follow instructions from DHL to manage your shipment and delivery directly. If your address is incorrect, you should be able to manage your delivery details and change your address through DHL.
