Can I make changes after my order is placed?Updated 10 months ago

If you have not received a Chupi shipping notification email yet, we should still be able to make changes to your order prior to dispatch. Please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible.

If you have already received tracking information, this means your order has been dispatched and we unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order at this stage. In this case, we would be more than happy to facilitate a return for alteration, exchange, or refund once your order is delivered.
