We love what we make and we want you to love your Chupi piece every bit as much. However, if you do require a return, the Chupi returns policy couldn’t be simpler.
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it for exchange or refund, provided the piece is unworn and in perfect condition.
Please note, if your Chupi piece is engraved or personalised, or has been made bespoke for you using an alternative metal such as 18K gold, rose gold, or Platinum, it is considered final sale and will not qualify for the 30 day returns policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.
If you received your Chupi piece as a gift you can of course return it within 30 days of delivery. A gift can be returned for exchange to a different piece, or for a credit note. If you request a refund, the refund can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
To proceed with a gift return, please ensure you have the original order number, or the name and email address of the person who originally purchased and gifted you the piece. This proof of purchase is required to confirm that the purchase falls within our 30 day return window.
Chupi Client Services Form
When proceeding with a service and posting your piece to us, it is essential that you complete and enclose the Client Services Form you received upon delivery of your Chupi piece. If you no longer have your Client Services Form to hand, please reach out to [email protected] and we can provide you with a new one.
The inclusion of this form will ensure we have all of your details, and the details of your requested service, to ensure your request can be processed without delay.
