We love what we make and we want you to love your Chupi piece every bit as much. However, if you do wish to return your piece the Chupi returns policy couldn’t be simpler.
You have 30 days from the date your piece was delivered to you, to return it for exchange or refund, provided that the piece is unworn and is in perfect condition.
Please note, if your Chupi piece is engraved, stamped or personalised, or has been specifically made for you using a bespoke metal such as 18K gold or Platinum, it is considered final sale and does not qualify for the 30 day returns policy.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are also considered a final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.
Over the holiday period we offer an extended returns window for products purchased from November 1st which can be exchanged or returned until January 30th
To avail of the Chupi returns policy you will need to provide the original order number or the e.mail address associated with your order.
At Chupi, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return policy for all our customers. To maintain the integrity of our services, please note the following guidelines:
We kindly ask customers to use our 30-day return policy responsibly. If we detect misuse of this policy, we may have to decline the return request.
If a return does not comply with our return policy criteria, a restocking fee of 25% of the order value may be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone, we reserve the right to limit access to our e-commerce platform for customers who repeatedly misuse our return policy.

International Returns
In line with the Chupi Returns Policy, we are happy to accept returns for services, exchange or refund from wherever you are in the world.
Please make sure to complete and include the client services form you received with your order, or you can download it here. We recommend you use a tracked and insured delivery service to send your piece back to us. Please note all shipping is the responsibility of the sender, we are not responsible for pieces in transit.
It is important to note that when sending your piece back to us from outside Ireland, including the UK, all shipping, customs and duty charges are payable by the sender and cannot be covered by Chupi on your behalf.
We strongly recommend that for any international shipments, including from the UK, that you confirm with your chosen carrier, prior to shipping, that your returning package is declared correctly for customs, in order to avoid incurring any additional charges and potential delays.
