If your Chupi piece is in need of a freshen up, you are welcome to visit our team in store to avail of an on the spot cleaning service using our ultrasonic cleaner. This takes about 10 minutes, and you are welcome to browse our collection while you wait!
There are a few gemstones that are more delicate and cannot be cleaned using the ultrasonic cleaner – these include;
- Emerald
- Opal
- Moonstone
- Pearl
- Tanzanite
If your engagement or wedding ring is in need of a deep clean before a special event, we can absolutely take it in for a more thorough clean and polish. Your Chupi engagement and wedding rings are entitled to one complimentary cleaning a year alongside a general health-check under your annual service entitlement.
This full service will be performed by our goldsmith, and will carry a lead time of up to 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your service ahead of events with a fixed date such as a wedding!
