If your Chupi piece is in need of a freshen up, you are welcome to visit our team in store to avail of an on the spot cleaning service using our ultrasonic cleaner. This takes about 10 minutes, and you are welcome to browse our collection while you wait.

There are however some gemstones that are more delicate and cannot be cleaned using the ultrasonic cleaner – these include : 

Emerald

Opal

Pearl

Tanzanite.

Should your piece require more intensive polishing we offer a complimentary polishing service within one year of purchase. Outside of this time there is a fee of  €50.00. Please note while polishing raises the shine of a piece, it also takes away micro layers of gold from the piece and so we do not recommend polishing too frequently
