We take huge pride in the quality of craftsmanship in every piece of Chupi jewellery and we extend that same commitment to excellence to our suite of services available to every original owner or associated party, to ensure your cherished Chupi piece remains a timeless treasure.

We offer a complimentary annual maintenance service for your Chupi engagement ring,  wedding band, and crown or eternity rings. 

This service includes : 

• Assessment: A Chupi goldsmith will examine your piece to identify any actions that need to be taken to maintain or restore its original beauty. 

• Deep Cleaning: if the gemstones in your Chupi piece allow, your piece will be immersed in an ultrasonic tank for deep cleaning, for more delicate stones such as Emeralds and Pearls, expert cleaning will be undertaken by our goldsmiths.

• Light Polishing: this stage requires particular expertise to ensure the specific finish of your piece is restored. 

• Where applicable Rhodium finishing: our white gold and platinum pieces are rhodium-finished to enhance the white metal finish.. Before polishing, any remaining layers of rhodium are removed. After polishing, the piece is immersed in a rhodium bath to restore the rhodium finish.

• Settings and claw tightening where necessary:  All claws will be assessed and tightened to ensure the stability and security of the precious diamonds or gemstones

• Your piece will then undergo a three-point quality check, to ensure that it meets the standards of excellence that every Chupi piece carries with it. 

Should your piece require any repairs you will be advised of the necessary works and any associated repair fees.
