All Chupi orders will be shipped with our trusted delivery partner DHL. This is a fully tracked service – once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with DHL tracking link.

Once your order has left us and has entered DHL’s transit system, you will receive further updates directly from DHL regarding your shipment and delivery. 

Please follow instructions from DHL to manage your shipment and delivery directly. This is especially important if you will not be home to accept your delivery within DHL’s advised delivery window – you can request a new delivery date to ensure your precious package is not left unattended.
