If you received your Chupi piece as a gift you can of course return it within 30 days of delivery. A gift can be returned for exchange or for a credit note. 

Over the holiday period we offer an extended returns window for products purchased from November 1st which can be exchanged or returned until January 30th 

If you would like to request a refund for your gift, please be aware that the refund can only be issued to the original purchaser’s method of payment.

To proceed with a gift return, please ensure you have the original order number and or the email address of the person who purchased the piece.
