We try our best to get all of our orders to customers on time however, ideally we recommend the following when placing an order:

Please give 2-3 weeks when ordering from our Fine Jewellery collection to guarantee on time delivery. On chupi.com all our pieces have an approximate dispatch time above the "Add to Bag tab". 

For engagement, wedding & eternity rings please allow between 6 -8 weeks. Bespoke metals or any other bespoke requests may take little longer
