We offer complimentary first resizing on all Chupi within two years of delivery on all our wedding and Engagement Rings and within one year of delivery for all or fine jewellery rings to all our original Chupi owners. 

Please note that we do not offer resizing for sterling silver pieces.

It is important to note that in order to maintain the quality and integrity of your ring, sizing up or sizing down by more than 1.5 sizes, may require your ring to be completely remade.

It is important to note that in order to maintain the structural integrity of your ring, our master goldsmiths do not recommend resizing more than three times over the lifetime of a piece. Because of this, we want to make sure the correct size is selected to minimise the need for any subsequent alterations.

Please note that with any resizing, personal engravings on wedding or engagement rings may have to be re-engraved.

To ensure the integrity and quality of your ring, we never resize eternity rings. All Chupi eternity rings requiring resizing are completely remade to the required size.

When requesting a service and sending your piece to us, it is essential that you complete and enclose the Client Services Form you received with your Chupi piece. If you no longer have your Client Services Form to hand, please reach out to [email protected] and we can forward a digital version to you. The inclusion of this form will ensure we have your correct details including your original order number, and the details of your requested service, to ensure your request can be processed without delay.
