If, within 30 days of receiving your Chupi piece you wish to return it for exchange there are several options available to you. Please note to arrange an exchange you will need to provide the original order number or the e.mail address associated with the order.

On our website www.chupi.com, access your Chupi account by clicking the My Account icon 👤 in the top right hand of the website or on mobile from the main menu in the top left corner. 

Login to your account using your email address (the email you used when placing your order)  Select the order from your order history list that you wish you return for exchange.

Over the holiday period we offer an extended returns window for products purchased from November 1st which can be exchanged or returned until January 30th 

You are welcome to visit our store, where our store team will be delighted to process the exchange for you and to help you select an alternative piece. Click here to view our store location and opening hours. 

Immediate exchange will depend on availability. If your desired piece is out of stock our store team can place a pre-order for you and advise you on expected lead times.

Please make sure to complete and include the client services form you received with your order, or you can download it hereWe recommend you use a tracked and insured delivery service to send your piece back to us. Please note all shipping is the responsibility of the sender, we are not responsible for pieces in transit. 


It is important to note that when sending your piece back to us from outside Ireland, including the UK, all shipping, customs and duty charges are payable by the sender and cannot be covered by Chupi on your behalf. 


We strongly recommend that for any international shipments, including from the UK, that you confirm with your chosen carrier, prior to shipping, that your returning package is declared correctly for customs, in order to avoid incurring any additional charges and potential delays.

Once the piece is delivered to our studio, please allow 10 to 14 working days from the date of delivery for your request to be fully processed. When your exchange is processed, shipping times for your replacement piece will depend on availability. In stock pieces will ship within 3-5 days,  if the piece is not in stock our care team can advise the expected lead times.

Please note, if your Chupi piece is engraved, stamped or personalised, or has been specifically made for you using a bespoke metal such as 18K gold or Platinum, it is considered final sale and does not qualify for the 30 day returns policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also considered a final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.
