We want your piece to arrive safely with you so all our packages need to be signed for on delivery and so cannot be dropped through your letter box. 

As our tracked shipping requires a signature upon delivery, if you aren’t at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery.

Or you can use the tracking details sent to you on dispatch to your local DHL to reschedule your delivery for a time convenient for you.
