Can I collect my online order in store?Updated 9 months ago

We currently do not offer a click & collect option at checkout, however if you would prefer to collect your order in store rather than have it shipped, please reach out to us before placing your order, or immediately afterwards and we will do our best to facilitate this request.

Please note, if your order has entered the dispatch process and is queued to ship we may not be able to make changes and facilitate in-store collection at that stage.  

If your order has been approved for click & collect in store, please allow normal order processing times as quoted on site – this will generally be 3-5 working days for in stock items. Once your order has arrived to our store, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready to collect.
