We highly recommend booking an appointment, especially if you are hoping to view or try on engagement rings, or wedding bands. A booking will ensure you are not waiting to be seen if it is busy on the day you visit – your booked time slot will be saved for your appointment, allowing you a full 30 minutes to browse.

Each Chupi piece is handmade and any changes to our rings would be completed by our talented goldsmiths. These changes, such as sizing, or setting of a particular diamond, can take some time to ensure they are perfect. Bespoke pieces like this can take 8 - 10 weeks to complete so please bear this is mind when planning your engagement.
