Can I add a personalised note to my order?Updated a year ago

Yes of course, you can add a note to your order in your Shopping Bag, prior to proceeding to checkout. Please note, there is a limit of 150 characters for your message. 

If you have forgotten to add a note to your order, please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to help prior to dispatch. 

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to add a note at this time.

If you do not wish to leave a note at check out, your order will still arrive with a beautiful blank Chupi greeting card which you can use to write your own personal message at home.
