How long until my order is shipped?

Each Chupi piece for sale on our website is listed with its expected shipping time. 

If a piece is in stock and ready to ship, it will carry an order processing time of 3-5 business days.

If a piece is out of stock or is a style that is made to order, a longer lead time will be listed. For instance, engagement rings are made to order and can carry an expected lead time of between 6 to 8 weeks. Orders for bespoke metals or specific stones may incur a slightly longer lead time.

During busy periods, lead times may be slightly longer than usual, and will be reflected on site.
