How will my package be delivered?Updated a month ago

At Chupi we offer free shipping with custom taxes and duties paid to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States and Canada. 

We offer shipping to a limited number of third party countries and regions (see list below) with a cost of €100 for orders below €999 and €50 for orders above €1,000. We have endeavoured to keep the shipping and customs charges as minimal as possible. These fees cover the costs of a tracked and insured parcel direct to your door with all customs taxes and duties paid for you.

All shipments go via our shipping partner DHL. This is a fully tracked service – once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with DHL tracking link. 

Once your order has left us and has entered DHL’s transit system, you will receive further updates directly from DHL regarding your shipment and delivery.

Please follow instructions from DHL to manage your shipment and delivery directly. This is especially important if you will not be home to accept your delivery within DHL’s advised delivery window – you can request a new delivery date through DHL to ensure your precious package is not left unattended.


Third party countries

Andorra, Iceland, Isle of Man, Norway, Switzerland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Greenland, Guernsey, Vatican City, Jersey, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino, Türkiye, Ukraine, Australia, Gibraltar, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Fiji, India, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Japan.


*Please note, there are some jurisdictions not serviced by DHL, usually remote rural areas in larger countries like the US. If DHL do not service your local area, your package may be diverted to a local postal service as a third party agent. This shipment handover lies entirely with DHL, and in this case, the diversion to a third party agent will be outlined in your DHL tracking timeline. For further information regarding your shipment in this case, please reach out to your local delivery service directly.
