You will receive an email containing your DHL Airway Bill Number which will allow you track and manage your delivery Please follow instructions from DHL to manage your shipment and delivery directly. If you will not be home to accept your delivery within DHL’s advised delivery window, you can request a new delivery date through the DHL portal to ensure your precious package is not left unattended.
Once your order has left us and has entered DHL’s transit system, you will receive further updates directly from DHL regarding your shipment and delivery. We will no longer have access to amend your shipping details or make any delivery requests on your behalf.
