My camera is blank when trying to use the Virtual Try-On, how can I fix this?Updated 5 months ago

This can happen if you haven’t enabled camera permissions for the browser you are using. Virtual Try-On needs the use of your phone’s camera in order to capture an image of your hand.

To enable camera on iOS:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera

2. Enable for the app you are using

To enable camera on Android:

1. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App permissions > Camera

2. Enable for the app you are using
