When an order ships internationally, there is the possibility that there may be a delay in customs processing and clearance, depending on the destination. Unfortunately, any customs delays are outside of our control.
In the case of a customs hold, DHL may reach out to you requesting further personal information*, or further details regarding your purchase. We recommend that you liaise directly with DHL in providing the requested information for your package to be cleared promptly.

*USA – Parcels worth $2,000 or more may be stopped by customs and the recipient's SSN (Social Security number) and POA (Power of Attorney) requested for clearance. This is a common security procedure for high value imports into the US and is required by US law. No exceptions can be made, and Chupi cannot pass on these details on your behalf.
