My package is held up in customsUpdated a year ago

When an order ships internationally, there is the possibility that there may be a delay in customs processing and clearance, depending on the destination. Unfortunately, any customs delays are outside of our control.

In the case of a customs hold, DHL may reach out to you requesting further personal information*, or further details regarding your purchase. We recommend that you liaise directly with DHL in providing the requested information for your package to be cleared promptly.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected] and we will do our best to support and advise.

*USA – Parcels worth $2,000 or more have the possibility of being stopped by customs and the recipient's SSN (Social Security number) and POA (Power of Attorney) requested for clearance. This is a common security procedure for high value imports into the US, required by US law. No exceptions can be made, and Chupi cannot pass on these details on your behalf.

Your order should be delivered to your door with customs & duties paid, so if you are issued with an unexpected customs charge, please get in touch at [email protected] with all the details of the charge and we will work to amend this for you.
