If, within 30 days of receiving your Chupi piece you wish to return it for full refund there are several options available to you.

Over the holiday period we offer an extended returns window for products purchased from November 1st which can be exchanged or returned until January 30th 

To request a refund you can reach out to [email protected] or you can request a refund via your account. 

On our website www.chupi.com, access your Chupi account by clicking the My Account icon 👤 in the top right hand of the website or on mobile from the main menu in the top left corner. 

Login to your account using your email address (the email you used when placing your order)  Select the order from your order history list that you wish you return for refund.

Please make sure to complete and include the client services form you received with your order, or you can download it hereWe recommend you use a tracked and insured delivery service to send your piece back to us. Please note all shipping is the responsibility of the sender, we are not responsible for pieces in transit. 


It is important to note that when sending your piece back to us from outside Ireland, including the UK, all shipping, customs and duty charges are payable by the sender and cannot be covered by Chupi on your behalf. 


We strongly recommend that for any international shipments, including from the UK, that you confirm with your chosen carrier, prior to shipping, that your returning package is declared correctly for customs, in order to avoid incurring any additional charges and potential delays.

When your order is shipped back to us, please allow 10-14 business days from when your return is delivered to us for your request to be processed. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a refund notification email letting you know it has been processed, and you should see the funds reflected in your account in the coming days.

Please note all payments can only be refunded to the payment method originally used for purchase. We cannot facilitate a refund to an alternative card. We cannot facilitate cash refunds for a purchase originally made using a credit/debit card, or vice versa.

Please remember that any Chupi pieces that have been engraved, stamped or personalised, or have been specifically made for you using a bespoke metal such as 18K gold or Platinum, are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
