Once you have reached out to [email protected] requesting an exchange within *30 days of delivery, our team will be in touch shortly to advise the next steps for your exchange. 

Please ensure you provide your original order number or alternative proof of purchase to proceed with an exchange request without delay. 

If your order is shipped back to us for exchange, please allow 10-14 business days from when your return is delivered to us for your request to be processed. Once your exchange is processed, shipping times will depend on the availability of your new piece.

You are welcome to visit our store to facilitate an exchange in person. Click here to view our store location and opening hours. Immediate exchange will depend on in-store stock availability. If your desired new piece is out of stock our store team can take a pre-order and advise your lead time.

*This 30 day return or refund policy is applicable to all Chupi pieces, with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalised or custom engraved jewellery. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.

Availability: 

If your new piece is available immediately, it will be shipped within 3-5 days of your exchange being processed. 

If your new piece is not in stock, it will be made to order, or placed on pre-order. We will reach out and advise the lead time for your new piece in this case.

Please note, extended lead time may apply depending on the availability of the piece chosen for exchange at the time of processing.

Gift exchange:

If you received your Chupi piece as a gift and don’t have a receipt or original order number, please provide the name and email address of the person that gifted you the piece, we can then check that it falls within our 30 day policy. Once the order is within 30 days*, we would be delighted to exchange your piece for something else from our collection.

*This 30 day return or refund policy is applicable to all Chupi pieces, with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalised or custom engraved jewellery.

Chupi Client Services Form

When proceeding with a service and posting your piece to us, it is essential that you complete and enclose the Client Services Form you received upon delivery of your Chupi piece. If you no longer have your Client Services Form to hand, please reach out to [email protected] and we can provide you with a new one.

The inclusion of this form will ensure we have all of your details, and the details of your requested service, to ensure your request can be processed without delay.
